The Assistant Practitioner programme trains students over a blend of face to face, distance, and simulation learning.Originally developed as bespoke training developed to provide specialist training for ARRS staff in skills normally associated with Nurses and Health Care Assistants. 

In Line with the Resus Council UK Guidance and standards. Includes advanced Airway management, intubation, and emergency resus medications. The training is mixed classroom and practical.

Teaching covers the basics to advanced running of a General Practice as the Practice Manager. This includes operational, HR, Project management, and how Practice works within the PCN's, CCG & CQC .The course is delivered as Placement, online learning, and classroom based. Course qualification by coursework and placement signoff.
