Directors

Kieran is an experienced GP-Physician Associate having returned to study as a post graduate on the Physician Associate pathway after operating as a Combat Medical Technician within the British Army prior to training as a Paramedic as an undergraduate and working in Pre-Hospital Care. 

 

Kieran holds membership with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and has developed an expertise in PCN working within primary care, he has operated as PCN clinical lead for MCPUK client networks and fulfilled a number of clinical deployments. 

 

Away from his clinical duties Kieran is the lead clinical educator and spends time teaching on a variety of courses and programmes within the MCPUK suite of courses. 

Doctor Bolanthur is a vastly experienced General Practitioner who has operated as Clinical Director for a large Primary Care Network in the East of England locality. 

 

Dr. Bolanthur operates as Clinical Lead within Medicare Pro UK and ensures clinical supervision is provided to our junior colleagues, she is an integral part of our PCN support team and contributes to the bespoke planning of PCN support packages, delivers within our clinical education packages and is also involved in our clinical operations delivery.

Paul operates as MCPUK's Operations manager, providing business, logistics, planning and project management support to our ever-growing pool of staff and clients. 

 

He is currently working towards qualification as a Clinical Psychologist in order to add a clinical skill set to his vast experience in Corporate and Business Management. Having worked in a multi-billion-pound industry and as a project manager his aptitude for business is second to none. He is currently deployed as a Practice Manager with a Medicare Pro UK Client GP Surgery alongside his internal company duties.

 

Paul also operates as the lead IQA (internal quality assurance officer) ensuring all clinical training meets the high standards we set ourselves as well as the national specifications set by governing bodies. In addition to these areas of practice Paul is our CQC Manager and specialises in preparing and assisting our clients with their own CQC inspections.

 

Paul has also spent time developing a training programme aimed at primary care administrative staff and new practice managers, he lectures on this suit of courses and helps to shape the future of NHS Practice managers.  

Chris joined the Team in late 2021 having joined from his prior role as a Practice Partner in the Midlands. He spent six years working as one of the first Physician Associate Surgery Partners in the country before moving on to new challenges with Medicare Pro UK. 

As a Physician Associate Chris is one of the very first qualified in the UK having completed the pilot programme in Wolverhampton in 2008, he is a vastly experienced primary care practitioner of medicine who delivers teaching and clinical duties to our clients alongside his leadership role. 

Chris has been six years qualified in Minor Surgery and Joint Injections and is a key member of the Medicare Pro UK Surgical Team.
